The RAP is the newsletter of the Al-Anon Information Service of the Delaware Valley (AISDV). AISDV serves the greater Philadelphia area plus Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Montgomery counties, including Districts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 19, 20, 31, and 32.
